A smarter approach to weight management, from PillSuite
Weight management is about more than medication. At PillSuite, we combine evidence-based treatment with personalised clinical care to help eligible adults work towards healthier, sustainable weight loss. From your first assessment to ongoing treatment, you’ll have professional support throughout your journey.
Mounjaro and Wegovy work with hormone pathways involved in appetite and fullness. Wegovy contains semaglutide and acts on GLP-1 receptors; Mounjaro contains tirzepatide and acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. This can help you feel fuller for longer, reduce hunger, and make it easier to eat less. Orlistat works differently, reducing the amount of dietary fat your body absorbs.
All are designed to be used alongside healthy changes to diet and lifestyle, and the right treatment for you depends on your health, medical history and individual circumstances — a PillSuite prescriber will assess suitability before anything is prescribed.
Weight loss medication isn’t suitable for everyone. Whether treatment is appropriate will depend on factors including your BMI, medical history, current medicines, previous weight management treatment and any weight-related health conditions.
Mounjaro and Wegovy are prescription-only medicines, so you’ll need to complete a clinical assessment before treatment can be considered. We may also need to verify information such as your identity, weight, height, current medication or medical history.
If you’re eligible, a PillSuite prescriber will review which treatment options may be clinically appropriate for you. If we can’t safely confirm your suitability for treatment, we won’t prescribe.
There are different types of prescription weight loss treatment, and they don’t all work in the same way. PillSuite offers treatment options for eligible adults following a clinical assessment.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide) — A once-weekly injection that acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, helping regulate appetite and increase feelings of fullness.
Wegovy (semaglutide) — A weight management treatment that acts on GLP-1 receptors to help reduce appetite and increase feelings of fullness.
Orlistat — An oral weight loss medicine that works in the digestive system by reducing the amount of dietary fat your body absorbs.
Your prescriber will consider your health and individual circumstances before deciding whether a treatment is suitable for you.
Weight loss medicines require ongoing monitoring to make sure your treatment remains suitable, effective and safe for you.
Depending on your treatment, your dose may be gradually increased over time. You’ll be asked about your progress, any side effects, changes to your health or medicines, and other information needed to safely review your treatment.
PillSuite provides ongoing clinical support throughout treatment, with regular reviews before further supplies are approved. Your treatment may be adjusted, paused or stopped if it is no longer suitable for you.
If you experience side effects or have questions between reviews, you’ll be able to contact PillSuite for clinical advice and support.

Questions, answered.
Who is eligible for weight loss medication?
Weight loss medication is generally considered if your BMI is 30 or above, or from 27 if you have certain weight-related health conditions. BMI is only part of the picture. We’ll also look at your health, medical history, current medicines and previous weight loss treatment to decide what’s safe and suitable for you.
Which weight loss medication is right for me?
There isn’t one option that’s right for everyone. PillSuite offers Mounjaro, Wegovy injections, Wegovy tablets and Orlistat, which work and are taken in different ways. We’ll help you understand which options may be suitable for you based on your health and individual circumstances.
How does PillSuiteโs online weight loss consultation work?
You’ll start with an online assessment covering your health, medical history, current medicines and weight loss journey. We’ll also ask for information to help confirm your identity, height and weight. Before your first prescription, you’ll have a private video consultation with a PillSuite prescriber to confirm your details, discuss your options and make sure treatment is suitable for you.
How do Mounjaro and Wegovy work for weight loss?
Mounjaro and Wegovy help reduce appetite and make you feel fuller for longer, which can make it easier to eat less. Mounjaro contains tirzepatide and works on GIP and GLP-1, while Wegovy contains semaglutide and works on GLP-1.
Whatโs the difference between Mounjaro and Wegovy?
Mounjaro contains tirzepatide and is a once-weekly injection. Wegovy contains semaglutide and is available from PillSuite as a once-weekly injection or once-daily tablet. They work slightly differently, and which option suits you best will depend on your health and individual circumstances.
What are the most common side effects of weight loss medication?
Mounjaro and Wegovy can commonly cause nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting and constipation, particularly when starting treatment or increasing your dose. Orlistat works differently and can cause oily or fatty stools and more frequent trips to the toilet. We’ll provide information about side effects before you start treatment.
How is my weight loss medication delivered?
If prescribed, your medication will be dispensed by PillSuite Pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your chosen UK address. Medicines that need refrigeration will be sent in suitable temperature-controlled packaging.
Will I receive ongoing support during weight loss treatment?
Yes. We’ll check how you’re getting on, review your progress and side effects, and make sure your treatment continues to be suitable for you. You can also contact us if you need advice or support along the way.
