- Order or consultation reference (if applicable)

Once we receive your complaint:
- We will acknowledge it withinย 2 working days.
- We will investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly.
- We aim to provide a full response withinย 10 working days. If we need longer, weโll explain why and keep you updated on our progress.
Where appropriate, weโll explain our findings, apologise where necessary, and outline any actions weโve taken to prevent the issue from happening again.

6. Urgent Medical Concerns
The complaints process should not be used to report a medical emergency.
