Delivery Options
We offer a range of reliable UK delivery options to suit your needs. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders, while standard and express options are provided via trusted courier services such as Royal Mail and DPD. Delivery timeframes typically range from two to four working days for standard services, with faster options available for next-day and priority delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Certain items, such as temperature-controlled medications, may have specific delivery restrictions.
Same-Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once they have been approved by a qualified prescriber.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time, Monday to Friday, are usually processed and dispatched on the same day. These orders are typically eligible for next-day delivery, subject to clinical approval.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. In such cases, please allow an additional working day for delivery.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no logos, pharmacy branding, or indication of the contents on the outer packaging. This ensures complete confidentiality throughout the delivery process, so only you know what is inside your parcel.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Items
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or non-collection, our support team will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Delivery Requirements
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, particularly for certain medications or courier services.
In cases where a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier will follow their standard procedure for missed deliveries.
